Cancellation Policy

Thank you for considering Roxi's Elegant Bridal for your dress shopping! We’re excited to help you find the perfect gown for your special day. To ensure the best experience for all our brides, we have implemented the following policies: Cancellation Notice: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Late Cancellations & No-Shows: If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment or do not show up, you will be charged a $50 inconvenience fee. Rescheduling: You may reschedule your appointment at no additional cost if you provide at least 24 hours' notice.
