Cancellation Policy

Thank you for considering Roxi's Elegant Bridal for your dress shopping! We’re excited to help you find the perfect gown for your special day. To ensure the best experience for all our brides, we have implemented the following policies: Reservation Requirements: A credit card is needed to secure your appointment. You will not be charged unless you do not show for your reserved time. At the time of booking, a $0 charge may be applied to your card to ensure you are using a valid credit card. Cancellation Notice: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Late Cancellations & No-Shows: If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment or do not show up, you will be charged a $50 inconvenience fee. Rescheduling: You may reschedule your appointment at no additional cost if you provide at least 24 hours' notice.
